Having worked with Andrew for over 12 years within the Outside Event Catering Industry he was the first person we contacted when establishing our own company in 2020.
Throughout the years of working with Andrew we have covered venues all across Scotland - from the conventional to marquees, barns, castles, ships and even caves. Andrew has adapted these complex, diverse spaces to create fully functioning kitchens that are capable of producing the highest quality of food. His skill is creating the perfect menu to impress the clients given the location, amenities and logistics.
